Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Creator Society is the trading name of FH Operations Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17502296), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains what we collect when you use thecreatorsociety.ca, register for a training, book a call or join one of our programmes, and what we do with it. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you register, apply or book a call.
• Application answers, such as your goals, experience and social handles.
• Call recordings of enrolment calls and group coaching calls.
• Programme activity, such as call attendance, videos you submit for feedback, and your pitch tracking.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We see what you bought and whether it was paid, but never your full card details.
• Website usage, such as the pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you here, and your device and browser.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• run your training registration, call bookings and programme access;
• send you reminders, updates and information about our programmes;
• review your application and talk to you about whether a programme is right for you;
• deliver coaching, feedback and support, and check Guarantee conditions;
• take payments and handle questions or disputes about a purchase;
• understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it and our ads;
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on what is needed to deliver what you signed up for, our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations.

4. Emails and text messages

If you register or book a call, we may email and text you about it, including reminders, follow-ups and offers related to our programmes. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email team@thecreatorsociety.ca at any time.

5. Call recordings

Enrolment calls and group coaching calls are recorded. We use recordings to keep an accurate record of what was agreed, to resolve questions about a purchase, to train our team, and (for group calls) to share replays with members. We never publish enrolment call recordings. If you'd like a copy of your recording, reach out to us at team@thecreatorsociety.ca.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the people and services that help us run The Creator Society, such as:

• our coaches and team members;
• our CRM, email and text messaging tools;
• our payment providers;
• our video call, scheduling and community platforms;
• our website hosting and analytics providers;
• advertising platforms, to measure and improve our ads.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example when responding to a payment dispute. Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the US and Canada. Where that happens, we rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the website working, remember where you came from (for example, which link or ad brought you here), and measure how the site and our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, for example while you are a member, while we may still need to answer questions about a purchase, or for as long as the law requires us to keep records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data, where we don't need to keep it;
• stop or limit how we use it, including for marketing;
• send your data to you or another service in a usable format.

To do any of this, just email team@thecreatorsociety.ca. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the privacy regulator where you live.

Our programmes are for people aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
